Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Delivery is available for all 7 emirates except remote areas.
• All orders placed before 12am will deliver next day except on Friday and major public holidays.
• Spacesmoke.ae does not ship signature required. Customers are responsible to have someone available to receive items when shipped.
• Spacesmoke.ae is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process.
• Pre order Items have different delivery dates and you can find it on the products description page.
• Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Courier will handing your delivery when you provide your Emirates ID / Passport and pay total invoice amount.
• You must be over age of 18 to place an order. If you are underage and you place an order, you will lose your money, guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

• AED 20 delivery charges anywhere in UAE if order is less than AED 200.
• Shipment is FREE, if order total value is AED 200 or above.
• Unless otherwise stated shipping promotions are for Standard shipping only. 

Order & Delivery Confirmation

• You will receive order confirmation after placing the order by e-mail from info@spacesmoke.ae
• Once the order is fulfilled and ready to deliver, you will receive SMS or WhatsApp or email notification.
• Our courier will confirm the location by WhatsApp or phone call to ensure delivery to the correct location.

Product Quality

At Spacesmoke.ae, we pride ourselves in selecting only the highest quality Shisha, Hookah and Tobacco Products.

It is important to remember Taste is too subjective. Many Hookah / Shisha Paste and Tobacco Products that some find amazing, others dislike, so we cannot offer refunds or returns simply because you do not like the taste of Hookah / Shisha Paste and Tobacco Products.

Hookah / Shisha Paste and Tobacco Products react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. Once we dispatch our shipment, several changes in condition may result in their longevity being reduced. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in temperature may also have an adverse effect on the products. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for Spacesmoke.ae to guarantee the product quality in every case.

Refund or Replacement Policy

Spacesmoke.ae is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Spacesmoke.ae does not compromise on product quality. Spacesmoke.ae reserves the right to to refuse returns of any Shisha, Hookah and Tobacco Products whether they are unopened, unused or remain sealed.

For health and safety reasons, Shisha, Hookah and Tobacco Products are NOT returnable or exchangeable EXCEPT in cases in which we shipped the incorrect or damaged item.

Damaged items must be reported to us within 12 hours of receipt of your order, Spacesmoke.ae will be happy to consider an exchange request or Discount Vouchers.
